Double Pedestal Dining Table |

Working with a customer who was not satisfied in their search of furniture stores
for a pedestal based dining table. We combined details from three period pedestal tables which they liked. Disappointed in the quality of finish, design and woods used in the factory made tables they saw, ours provided them
with a deep, hand rubbed finish, solid mahogany bases, and the finest figured mahogany and satinwood veneered top with ebony
and holly stringing. All for a little more then the factory tables. They love their one of a kind dining table frequently
having 8-14 people seated around it. They have told us that they prefer to use no tablecloth, or place mats, so the beauty
of the top can be seen.
